At about 3pm today, July 24, 2014 an explosion occurred at New Road Motor Park, Sabon-Gari in Kano. The explosive, the police say, was hidden in a table-top fridge disguised as luggage.The affected bus is owned by Ifeanyi Chukwu Industrial Services
One woman is reported to have died in the blast while 8 others were injured.
This bomb attack happened barely 24 hours after two bombs went off in neighouring Kaduna state while left about 40 dead
