Nigerian telecoms giant Globacom, has revealed its new brand Ambassadors, putting an end to all speculation about which entertainers would be signed on.
We can authoritatively confirm that some of today’s most gifted acts are on the list, including Omawumi, Waje, Flavour, Bez and Lynxxx.
While Omawumi, Waje, Lynxxx and Flavour have already been showcased in GLO’s number Portability campaign, others like Bez and Tiwa Savage are expected to follow. This was according to sources familiar with the deal.
Meanwhile, this is the first time the telecom giant is signing multiple musicians at the same time.
Reports has it that the Mike Adenuga-owned company is resting their deals with Nollywood actors; headingtowards a new policy that favours pop stars, who are believed to be more influential within the youth segment, than their Nollywood counterparts.
