The much-awaited National Conference kicked off on Monday, 17th March with most of the 492 delegates drawn from all the 36 states and Federal Capital Territory of Abuja in attendance.
While Nigeria is coughing out billions of naira to pay these delegates and keep them comfortable in Abuja, it seems some of them are there to sleep.
